Kyle D. Brown, Attorney
Kyle Brown has been practicing immigration law for more than twelve years and is the only attorney in McAllen, TX certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in the area of Immigration and Nationality Law.
Mr. Brown received a B.A. in Biology and German from Augsburg College in Minnesota in 1988. Following graduation, he spent two years as a United States Peace Corps volunteer in Swaziland. Mr. Brown received a juris doctorate from New York University and holds a Master’s Degree from Duke University. He has also completed graduate studies in law at Oxford University.
Mr. Brown was employed for three years with the U.S. Department of Justice, Immigration and Nationality Service in New York, NY and Harlingen, TX. In 2001, Mr. Brown began in private practice in McAllen, TX.
Mr. Brown is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Texas Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Mr. Brown has been awarded the Pro Bona award from the Texas Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Mr. Brown is the Harlingen USCIS Liaison for the Texas Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
